First thing first you have to have a focus, discipline and high motive. You can study it with a teacher or by yourself.You must have an electric guitar because it's imposibble studying with an accoustic guitar.Then, use a software : Guitar Pro (for example), you must know basic to read guitar tab then search the tab's song you need in www.ultimate-guitar.com Search tabs with form Guitar Pro then open it with that software!
You must capable in Alternative Picking (2 ways pick dua) before you learn the lead rock, then try Bend,Tapping, Pick Tapping, Ghost Note, Tremolo Picking, Palm Mute, and Pinch Harmonic. Then also learn Sweep Picking!!! watching video tutorial in youtube may support you to be an expert
Don't forget to steam your guitar properly, search the manual book in google or youtube!
